What we collect, and why.

Who we are

Patty Studios Academy™ operates this website. If you want anything on this page acted on, email pattystudiosacademy@gmail.com. That is the Academy's official address and it is the same inbox that answers inquiries, enrollments and support.

What we collect

When you enroll

Your name, email address, mobile number, city and country, what you currently do, an optional social handle, the payment channel you chose, and the receipt you upload. We also record the IP address and browser the form was submitted from, to help us identify fraudulent submissions.

Your receipt is a financial document. It is stored privately on the server, is never reachable over the web, and is used for one purpose: confirming that your payment matches your enrollment.

When you apply for Mentorship or Elite

The answers you give on the application form, along with your contact details, the IP address and the browser used. We use this to decide whether the program is a fit and to contact you about the outcome.

Where you came from

If you reach us through a tagged link — an ad, a post, or an email we sent — the campaign name in that link is stored with your enquiry, so we know which of our own posts brought you. It is a label we wrote ourselves, like instagram · september-launch. We keep the first one only, we do not record what you searched for, and we do not use it to identify you.

When you register for a masterclass

Your name and email address, so we can send you the details of the training.

When you browse, and only if you agree

If you accept analytics, we record which pages are visited, roughly what kind of device is used, and a random identifier that lets us tell one visit from another. We do not record your name, your email, your precise location, or anything you type. If you decline, nothing is recorded at all — the choice is honoured server-side, not by a script we ask you to trust.

Cookies

This site sets two cookies, and only after you have chosen:

• academy_consent — remembers whether you accepted or declined, so we stop asking.
• academy_visitor — a random identifier, set only if you accepted, so repeat visits can be counted as one person rather than several.

Both are set with Secure (sent only over an encrypted connection), HttpOnly (scripts running in your browser cannot read them, so they cannot be stolen by a malicious script) and SameSite=Strict (not sent when you arrive from another site). Both expire after 6 months.

There are no third-party advertising cookies, no tracking pixels and no analytics products from other companies on this site. Nothing you do here is shared with an advertising network.

How long we keep it

• Analytics — 90 days, then deleted automatically. Old page views cannot answer any question we need answered, so they are not worth keeping.
• Enrollments, applications and registrations — kept while you are a student, and afterwards for as long as we need them for accounting and program records.
• Payment receipts — kept as financial records for as long as tax and accounting obligations require.

Who else sees it

Form submissions are emailed to Patty Studios Academy™ so a person can act on them. That email travels through our email provider. The website itself sends your data to no one else: no advertising platforms, no data brokers, no analytics companies.

Your choices

• Change your cookie decision at any time using Cookie choices in the footer of any page.
• Ask what we hold about you, and we will tell you.
• Ask us to correct anything that is wrong.
• Ask us to delete your data. We will, except where we are required to keep financial records.

Changes

If this policy changes in a way that affects what we collect or how long we keep it, the date at the top of this page changes with it.
